For those of you who are unfamiliar, this post is part of a new series chronicling the evolution of my iPhone home screen over the year. As part of my year of no, I am actively working to minimize the time I spend on my phone. In the same way, you don’t have cookies in the house when you’re going on a diet, you can just eliminate the apps that are sucking you back into your phone.
I try to publish this on or around the 15th of the month. As you can see from the date on the calendar here, I got the screenshot then, but just have not gotten to writing. Better late than never!

The Right Side
Lots of changes here!
I purged all the apps that I sometimes used. I wasn’t using Headspace even though I thought I might eventually. By admitting that I wasn’t using it and deleting it, I have cleared out space for other things!
I re-did some of my email workflow lately that has led to being picking Instapaper back up. I’m really pleased with the experience over Pocket.
The folders got shifted around, but otherwise very little change

I added co–star. Astrology can be entertaining.
I also deleted a bunch of photo-editing apps.
Still no second screen of apps!
