Short, quick update because life has been insane right now.

Tuesday 11/20

I was in New Jersey prepping for wedding stuff, so I dropped into CrossFit Paradise in Union, NJ. This is the Box that my sister has been frequenting. I forgot to write down the details of the WOD but it was DUs, wall balls, and burpee box jump overs. It was fun to get to workout with my sister.

Saturday 11/24

I got married. Here’s a picture just because.

Workout: 6:30 AM CrossFit Class (Workout Source)

3 Ring Rows
2 Thrusters at 95 lb
2 Burpee Box Jump Overs at 20 inches
50 Sit Ups
6 Ring Rows
4 Thrusters at 95 lb

4 Burpee Box Jump Overs at 20 inches

40 Sit Ups
9 Ring Rows
6 Thrusters at 95 lb

6 Burpee Box Jump Overs at 20 inches

30 Sit Ups
12 Ring Rows
8 Thrusters at 95 lb

8 Burpee Box Jump Overs at 20 inches

20 Sit Ups
15 Ring Rows
10 Thrusters at 95 lb

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs at 20 inches

10 Sit Ups
3 Rounds:
  • 10 DB Bicep Curls each arm at 10 lbs
  • 10 DB Rows each arm at 10 lbs
  • 10 DB Skull Crushers each arm at 10 lbs

Remember: It’s important to remember that doing something is usually better than doing nothing. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Progress is not a Straight Line.
