Parenting: Transitioning to parenting is fun! Our hearts are very full. Figuring out childcare is a thing, but that’s next month’s problem.
Nursing: RJ is eating about every three hours. During the day, I wake him up to feed and we eat at ~ 2h 40 mins with longer stretches where he wakes up at night. I am just trying to figure out pumping, but we are otherwise doing incredibly well. We can see him getting bigger, so no complaints from me!
Sleeping: We are getting one four hour stretch per night. When we do bedtime at 9 or 10, it’s usually the first stretch that is the long one. Then it’s 3 hour wake ups. We try not to do diaper changes at night so we don’t have to turn on the light and he can fall back to sleep while nursing. I am very grateful for the Snow which has helped put him back to sleep a couple of times already!!
